This 2-hour workshop is designed to help patients with pre-diabetes begin engaging in diabetes prevention. Our Registered Dietitian & Certified Diabetes Educator will help patients understand what pre-diabetes is, their risk of developing diabetes, and what steps can be taken to prevent developing diabetes.
This is a great opportunity to learn in an interactive virtual group setting with other people with pre-diabetes who are interested in improving their health.
