CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)for Insomnia

 

ABOUT THIS PROGRAM:

This 7 week virtual program will provide you with information about sleep hygiene, sleep problems and tip & tricks to improving your own sleep.  There will be lots of opportunities to see how your sleep issues are progressing and to learn through behavioural experiments to achieve more restful sleep. *Please ensure, you will have time to practice the concepts learned in the sessions each week. Space is limited.

Registration will be offered as first-come, first served  basis as space is limited. We will have a waiting list  and contact you for the next group class.
