CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy)for Insomnia
ABOUT THIS PROGRAM:
This 7-week virtual program provides education on sleep, sleep hygiene and developing new strategies that can help improve your sleep. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-IT), known as the most effective treatment for long term insomnia, will give an on opportunity to create meaningful changes in your sleep routine and schedule to create effective change.
Most individuals find portions of this course difficult however in order for CBT-I to be effective, participation in the course and tasks in between are crucial for the success of CBT-I.
*Weekly attendance is required.
*Please ensure, you will have time to practice the concepts learned in the sessions each week. Space is limited.
