Eat Well, Live Better

The Eat Well, Live Better program is offered by our Dietitian and our Occupational Therapist.

We make over 200 food-related choices every day.  This program is for you if you would like to further develop healthy living behavior’s and skills in a peer support group format.

What the Eat Well, Live Better Program has to offer:

The Eat Well, Live Better Program is facilitated by a registered dietitian and an occupational therapist. Topics addressed over the 4-week program include.

  • Our Eating Environment, Mindful Eating & Being Active
  • Nutrition 101 & Meal Planning
  • Supermarket Savvy & (Virtual) Grocery Store Label Reading Tour
  • Making Lifestyle Changes Stick
  • Rest and Relaxation

When it’s offered:

The 4 week sessions are provided from 9:00am to 10:30am on ZOOM

  • Monday, January 13 – February 3, 2025 (Virtual)
  • Monday, April 28 – May 26 (No class May 19) (Virtual)

How to get involved:

Pre-registration is required for this group. If you would like to register for the next 4-week Eat Well, Live Better Program, please complete the online Program Request form.
