The Niagara North Family Health Team offers our patients a team approach to health care. Our team includes patients, family doctors, social workers, dietitians, nurses, nurse practitioners as well as a physician assistant and psychiatry. In addition, the Niagara North Family Health Team is home to a Diabetes Education Program, which provides ongoing support and education to individuals with type II diabetes. As a team, we work together to come up with the best possible plan for the health and wellness of our patients.

We are a teaching facility affiliated primarily with McMaster University.
Throughout the year, we welcome medical students and family medicine residents, as well as students in other fields including nurse practitioner students, physician assistant students, social work students and dietitian students.
