Looking for a way to get active and enjoy the outdoors?
Try our Urban Pole Walking group!

Urban Pole Walking is great for individuals with balance issues, or for anyone who wants to add some activity to their lives!

Research has shown that urban poling burns 20-46% more calories than standard walking. Not to mention, because of it’s muscle building, core strengthening, stability providing and confidence boosting benefits people feel more comfortable moving faster than normal walking!

Walking poles will be provided or you can bring your own.
