These are the Urgent Care Clinic hours for patients of
Dr. Al-Baldawi, Dr. Bayley, Dr. Buetow, Dr. Harb, Dr. Kolenchenko, Dr. Lejnieks, Dr. Schafer, Dr. Torigian, Dr. Vujosevic and Dr. Zammit-Mempel.
Our Urgent Care Clinic is not a walk-in clinic. Services are offered by appointment only for patients of the above listed doctors only. Please call your family physician’s office phone number to access these urgent care services.

Urgent Care Clinic Policies

The locations of the clinics will rotate to each of our 4 sites according to the physician on call that day. You will be notified where the clinic is being held that day when you book your appointment. See locations for directions.

Our Urgent Care Clinic is for urgent problems only. Appointments are not to be used for medication renewals including narcotic prescriptions. If you are experiencing chest pain, please go to your nearest emergency department.

Urgent Care Clinic Brochure

ACCESS URGENT CARE WITHOUT LEAVING HOME

Niagara residents who need urgent care can make an appointment to see a Niagara Health nurse practitioner or doctor from the comfort of their homes.

The new Niagara virtual urgent care service provides convenient and safe treatment through secure video for non-emergency injuries or illnesses like nausea, infections, and minor COVID-19 symptoms.

Same-day appointments are available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on a first-come, first-served basis.

This service is for patients who have a medical issue that isn’t life-threatening and who do not have a primary care provider or cannot make an appointment with their family doctor or other primary care provider during the week.
We encourage our patients to utilize our After-Hour Clinics in the evenings and weekends.
