Niagara-on-the-Lake is home to two clinics, bringing together the expertise of physicians, allied health professionals and support staff to proudly serve over 10,000 patients in the Niagara-on-the-Lake, Virgil, Queenston and St. David’s area.

Note: our offices do not offer walk-ins during regular office hours. We encourage all of our patients to be proactive in their health. As soon as you feel you have a non-urgent issue that requires medical attention, please call our office to arrange an appointment.

We do offer After Hours Clinics for patients of our Family Health Team.
