This 2-hour in person workshop is designed to help patients with pre-diabetes begin engaging in diabetes prevention. Our Registered Dietitian & Certified Diabetes Educator will help patients understand what pre-diabetes is, their risk of developing diabetes, and what steps can be taken to prevent developing diabetes.
Urban Pole Walking is great for individuals with balance issues, or for anyone who wants to add some activity to their lives! 8 weeks, 1hr per week, indoor location will be given upon registration. Walking poles will be provided or you can bring your own. DETAILS & REGISTRATION >
