The Diabetic Care Team, consisting of a Dietitian and Registered Nurse, will be facilitating an 6 week, 90 minute support group.
In this group there will be an exercise component, either walking or resistant exercises. Also the group will allow you to discuss struggles or concerns you may have about your Diabetes.
