Urban Pole Walking is great for individuals with balance issues, or for anyone who wants to add some activity to their lives!
Research has shown that urban poling burns 20-46% more calories than standard walking. Not to mention, because of it’s muscle-building, core strengthening, stability providing and confidence-boosting benefits people feel more comfortable moving faster than normal walking!
