Hamilton Health Sciences is offering a FREE 6 week program aimed at people who live with or care for someone living with health conditions including: Low Energy, Arthritis, Chronic Pain, Diabetes, Depression, Heart Disease or Stroke.  Each week you can learn new ways to live life to the fullest with your ongoing health condition.  The program is aimed at helping to: manage stress, learn ways to relax, make healthier food choices and adding exercise to your day.

The program runs at Niagara Region Public Health, 1815 Sir Isaac Brock Way, Campbell East Building , in Thorold on Thursdays from 1:00pm to 3:30pm starting on SEPTEMBER 21, 2017 and ending on OCTOBER 26, 2017.
